Experience
I`m a professor (major: chemistry, minor: biochemistry) with nearly 20 years of teaching experience. With great enthusiasm, passion and energy, I have been teaching/tutoring several chemistry, biochemistry and related courses at both high school and undergraduate levels since 1997. I like tutoring because teaching chemistry is a life style for me. My goal for tutoring is to make students to understand main principles and logic, by pushing them to realize the beauty in chemistry. Sometimes, I try to give examples from daily life that matches very well to the molecular logic in order to simplify the subject and provide better understanding and imagination. Because I believe in the idea that your knowledge is not how much you taught to someone opposite. It is how much they understood. At the junior, senior, and graduate level courses, I want to build an atmosphere that let learn them effective and permanent by rekindling their curiosity and sense of wonder. Briefly the list of my courses taught/tutored is below; A. Graduate Level Course; - Carbohydrate and Lipid Metabolism, 2007-2015 - Fundamentals of Nanotechnology and Biotechnology, 2010-2015 B. Undergraduate Level - General Chemistry I/II, 1998-2015 - Biochemistry, 1998-2015 C. High School and Undergraduate Level; - Tutoring or Lecturing (One-on-one and private groups), Chemistry and Biochemistry 1997-2015.
